Artemis Offshore Academy Figaro’s back in the water for training

Last week was the second week of training in 2011, which saw all four Academy Figaro boats launched back into the water. The refit team has done a great job in antifouling and fairing the hulls, which had taken a few knocks since Cowes Week last year.

Offshore double-handed development for Sam Goodchild: Jamaica to Southampton

Sam Goodchild, a member of the Artemis Offshore Academy, is currently delivering a Class 40 yacht across the Atlantic from Jamaica to Southampton. This experience will be a sharp learning curve, allowing him to put into practice the many skills he has developed since joining the Artemis Offshore Academy.
