Making the cut for the Artemis Offshore Academy Scholarship

The first Development Squad members training with the Artemis Offshore Academy are also in a race to win the first Scholarship to be awarded to one candidate, and with the decision on who that be only four weeks away, the excitement is building within the Squad.

Development Squad embark on 190nm offshore race

Today the Squad will have their longest race yet of 190nm as part of their qualifier series for the scholarship position.

Results in for the first indicator race

The first of the official "indicator" events was completed last week with a coastal race towards Marseille and back.

Pip Hare 17th overall in the 2011 Charente-Maritime/Bahia Transat 6.50 Series Class

The Mini-Transat, as this race is more popularly known, saw Artemis Offshore Academy Associate member and first-time Mini-Transat sailor Pip Hare arrive into the windy Brazilian port of Bahia having achieved her goal of finishing in the top 15 of the Series class for leg two.
